About the Cloud Crane Silk Korean Money Envelope:
1. The money envelope is made of silk and is the same fabric used to make high-quality traditional hanboks. The Cloud Crane Silk Korean money envelope is extremely soft to touch and has a luxurious feel and look.
2. Includes a floral pendant on the ribbon that secures the money wallet. The ribbon is also made of silk.
3. Includes an additional paper envelope that goes inside the bojagi Korean money envelope.
4. Purchase it as a single or in bulk. Receive a huge discount and customize your colors to suit your preference for bulk orders. (5% discount for 3x, 10% discount for 5x, 20% discount for 10x, and 30% discount for 20x)

We primarily operate in South Korea, Seoul. We only use Los Angeles as a distribution location for our customers in the United States. A few selected items are located in Los Angeles and may ship extremely quickly to U.S residents that are exempt to the shipping timeline listed above.(For items that ship in L.A, you will see a tab that says SHIPS IN L.A!)
Processing Times
Some of our handmade items are made to order and may take up to 5 business days to process. Others are pre-made and can take only 1 business day.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. For those who choose standard shipping, we send our packages to Los Angeles via DHL Express then ship to individual addresses in the United States with USPS Priority. Thus, you may receive a tracking number/fulfillment confirmation near the date of your order's anticipated timeline.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Joteta.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Items held at customs due to delayed payment is not the responsibility of joteta.com.
Damages
Joteta.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Depending on items, 1-3 business days is required to proccess.

Our locations are not a brick and mortar store so it's hard to come and pick up your items.
● My item arrived in a wrong address
If you ordered your item with Standard / economical shipping, your item stops by our LA location.
Only Express shipping deliver to you directly.
If your case it not in these two cases above, please e-mail us! we will happily assist you.
● I need my item by Jan. 1st and I'd like to confirm my item will arrive on time.
Please order our item and leave a note when do you need it by when you order.

● How can I clean my baby hanbok?
Dry cleaning is recommended for the first wash.
Please avoid dryer and hand wash with cold water.
Don’t squeez. Hang on the hanger and dry naturally in the shade.
When ironing, cover the fabric with a cloth and iron it in the silk mode.
● I don't know my baby's shoe size, How can I do?
Please leave a note the length and width of your baby's feet when you order.
Then we will send you a suitable size.
The smallest size of shoe, 130mm is usually big for 100days babies
● Can I laundry my modern hanbok?
Dry cleaning is recommended but hand wash with cold water is possible.
Please avoid dryer.
