        Shipment confirmation & Order tracking 

        You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. For those who choose standard shipping, we send our packages to Los Angeles via DHL Express and then ship to individual addresses in the United States with USPS Priority. Thus, you may receive a tracking number/fulfillment confirmation near the date of your order's anticipated timeline.

        Customs, Duties, and Taxes

        For Customers in the U.S & Korea:

        It is rare that our customers in the U.S clients encounter customs and duties fees. In the rare occurrence that custom & duty fees are applied, Joteta.com is not responsible for any fees applied to your order by outside vendors. Taxes are applicable based on the rules of the State & County where you reside. 

        For Customers outside of the U.S & Korea:

        Joteta.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

        Items held at customs due to delayed payment are not the responsibility of joteta.com. 

        Damages

        Joteta.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

        Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

        Dry cleaning is recommended for the first wash.
        Please avoid dryer and hand wash with cold water.
        Don’t squeez. Hang on the hanger and dry naturally in the shade.
        When ironing, cover the fabric with a cloth and iron it in the silk mode.

        ● I don't know my baby's shoe size, How can I do?

        Please leave a note the length and width of your baby's feet when you order.

        Then we will send you a suitable size.

        The smallest size of shoe, 130mm is usually big for 100days babies

        ● Can I laundry my modern hanbok?

        Dry cleaning is recommended but hand wash with cold water is possible.
